The
SANNINE plant and its operating machinery
Built five
kilometers above the village of Bkaatouta (altitude 1500
meters), The SANNINE bottling plant is surrounded by a private
protection area of 270.000 square meters. Health and hygiene
standards are strictly observed at the plant. The entire
piping, reservoir, and pumping circuits as well as the
equipment in direct contact with the water are all made of
stainless steel. Hygiene is maintained at the plant
through regular cleaning operations executed at fixed hours
daily.
Since 1999
we have shifted from PVC to PET to produce our bottles. For
that purpose we have installed a completely new "High
Technology" plant equipped with automatic and
computerized SIDEL COMBI machines and equipments.
Bottles are
blowed, moulded and sterilized in few seconds. They are
immediately filled and capped inside an aseptic area then are
channeled to the labeling post and do not, at any moment,
circulate opened, which eliminate any contamination risk.
Our caps are
designed to be water-tight and are produced and sterilized in
our plant. Boxing, packaging, storing and loading operations
are completely mechanically done and not require any manual
handling. We have instilled in our personnel the
principle that a job well-done really enhances human dignity.
Our personnel's professional training has been adapted to the
special needs of a water-bottling plant. Our workers are
essentially sensitized to respect health and hygiene standards
and environmental concerns. Severe control is maintained by
professionally-trained technicians working at the plant.
