ISO 9002
Registered Quality System
Greatly
concerned with the quality of its production, Sannine
instituted a principal directive out of it as a policy in
all fields. It was in compliance with this attitude that
Sannine established its quality system. By meeting the
required International standards, Sannine obtained the ISO
9002 Certificate for its quality system in February 1998, the
first mineral water company in the Middle East to do so.
The ISO 9000
series of international standards regard the quality
management and assurance in a company, regardless of its
fields of activities.
An ISO 9000
(9001-9002-or 9003) compliant quality system is a set of rules
and procedures thoroughly defining all the necessary tasks
within a business that would ultimately affect the quality of
the final product. The field of application of the quality
system is vast and concerns tasks as diverse as selection
providers, signing contracts, forming employees, handling,
storage, as well as quality controls and tests.
An ISO 9002
certificate is obtained after an independent certification
audit. Conformity assessments are systemically undertaken in
order to oversee and maintain the quality system. |
